We can only accept a return/refund under one of the following circumstances:
- The products came damaged: to be eligible for a refund, you must take a photo of the damaged good in the original package before opening - otherwise it will not be considered as a damaged good from the factory (the package is transparent)
- The package did not arrive: to be eligible for that, contact us to verify if this is true and if so, we can issue a refund (typing the wrong address is the buyer's fault so it will not be compensated)
If you find yourself in any of the above cases, please contact us! Make sure you keep the original package for the return procedures.
